The studio is ideally situated on the outskirts of Plymouth city centre, just a short walk from all major transport links. Housed over two floors in a charming 200-year-old converted barn/stable, it offers a private gated entrance with an intercom system. There is two-hour free parking directly outside, with additional all-day free parking available just a short walk away.
THE STUDIO
The main entrance opens into a spacious yet cosy room, perfect for creating a welcoming atmosphere. A small toilet is conveniently located to the side. This room would lend itself beautifully to a cosy therapy or counseling space, providing a serene environment for personal sessions.
A compact kitchen area is equipped with a fridge/freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The first floor boasts soaring beamed ceilings, complemented by four apex windows and three large windows that bathe the space in natural light. It includes a fixed treatment bed, a bath, and a sink. Additionally, there is a tea station, a work area with a printer, a mezzanine bed for brief overnight stays, and space for four yoga mats, making the upstairs area ideal for a small, private yoga studio.
