Frequenctly Asked Questions
How much time do I need to commit to this programme?
We meet online twice a week for two hours for the period of 12 weeks. You’ll also be given gentle self-paced practices to integrate between classes. For this reason we suggest dedicating a minimum of 5 hours per week to receive the full benefit & momentum of the journey.
I have never done yoga, meditation or breathwork before is it difficult?
Not at all. All sessions are gentle and accessible to beginners. The yoga is practiced entirely from a seated position and was specifically designed with disabilities in mind. In fact, the practice was originally developed for a client with a severe back injury, who now experiences significant comfort and benefits from it. You’re in safe hands.
Is this a replacement for traditional therapy?
No, this program is not a substitute for therapy—it’s a powerful complement. The techniques you’ll learn (including breathwork, meditation, journaling, & energy alignment practices) support nervous system regulation & self-awareness. It’s been approved by psychologists, but always speak with your therapist or healthcare provider before starting something new. Healing works best with a strong support system.
What if I don’t feel ready to revisit the past?
This work does gently bring awareness to your past—but only so you can reprogram, reframe, and release what no longer resonates. If you’re not yet ready to explore your emotional history, it may be best to return when you feel safer & more open to the process.
Will this help if I’m the adult child of an alcoholic or narcissist?
Yes. This program is made for individuals who grew up without the emotional attunement, validation, & care they needed. If your inner child is still longing to feel safe, loved, & seen—this work will support you in reconnecting with that part of yourself.

Can this help me stop attracting narcissists?

Is this programme religious?
No, this programme is not religious. However, we do explore spiritual concepts like energy, frequency, vibration, the law of resonance, & alignment with your higher self. It’s open to all belief systems.

How should I use the meditations?
Meditation helps to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, & open the heart. We recommend listening twice daily—first thing in the morning & again before sleep—with wired headphones to stay grounded & enhance the binaural beats in certain tracks.
Should I stop taking medication during this course?
No. If you’re on medication, speak with your GP or health professional before making any changes. This program works well alongside medical treatment—it’s about support, not substitution.
What if I’m already in therapy?
Brilliant! Many participants share their course insights with their therapists, which often deepens the healing process. This course provides practical tools that complement & enhance your current work.
