ASCORBIC ACID

BENEFITS OF ASCORBIC ACID

Is Ascorbic Acid & Vitamin C the Same?

The name “vitamin C” always refers to the l-enantiomer of ascorbic acid and its oxidised forms, such as dehydroascorbate (DHA). Therefore, unless written otherwise, “ascorbate” and “ascorbic acid” refer in the nutritional literature to l-ascorbate and l-ascorbic acid respectively. Ascorbic acid is a weak sugar acid structurally related to glucose. In biological systems, ascorbic acid can be found only at low pH, but in solutions above pH 5 is predominantly found in the ionized form, ascorbate. All of these molecules have vitamin C activity and thus are used synonymously with vitamin C, unless otherwise specified.

Benefits of Ascorbic Acid

Helping to protect cells and keeping them healthy.
Works well with Methylene Blue to enhance its capabilities.
Maintaining healthy skin, blood vessels, bones, and cartilage.

Reducing the level of uric acid in the body that leads to low cases of gout.

Is Ascorbic Acid Safe?

Yes, Ascorbic acid is beneficial to the body and works well in bringing energy and oxidation to the body.

How Do You Administer Ascorbic Acid

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is water soluble and can be dissolved in warm water and drunk once a day.

The Ascorbic Acid & Methylene Blue Synergy

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a powerful antioxidant but to expand the matrix of vitamin C and other antioxidant molecules in the body so that the electrons already present in the system have a great facility and being easily distributed throughout the cytoplasm and throughout the organelles. Methylene Blue and Ascorbic acid are the perfect synergy.

Methylene Blue, like Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) donate electrons, generating a flow of electrons, which gives you micro-currents and generates voltage potentials across a cell. Many articles in the literature show that certain degrees of current and certain degrees of voltage are clear markers of whether a cell is healthy or not.
